AI-Powered SQL Server Monitoring · On-Premise

The first SQL Server monitor that thinks alongside your DBA.

Avesys DPM combines real-time fleet monitoring with AI-assisted query analysis — so your team stops scrolling through DMVs and starts getting answers. Built for on-premise. Trusted by enterprises that can't send data to the cloud.

Flagship · AI co-pilot

Meet the AI co-pilot for your SQL Server fleet.

Your DBAs spend half their day pattern-matching: which query, which wait, which plan changed, which server is the real culprit. DPM's AI does that pattern-matching in seconds — and explains its reasoning in language a developer can understand.

01 · ASK · ANSWER

Ask in plain English. Get a real answer.

"Why was the order_summary report slow at 9:14 this morning?" DPM connects the spike to the query, the wait pattern, the plan, and the likely cause — and tells you what to check next.

› why is sp_GetCartTotals slow?
Plan flipped 22m ago after IX_Cart_LineItems dropped. Now scanning 4.2M rows.
→ Reapply the index — prior plan returns immediately.
02 · ANOMALY · LEARNED

Anomaly detection that learns your workload

Generic thresholds fire on every backup, every month-end batch, every Monday morning. DPM learns what normal looks like for your environment, so alerts fire when something genuinely changes.

ANOMALY
14dBaseline learned · per workload
02:47Tempdb spike · 84% — anomalous
03 · INCIDENT · WRITTEN

Incident summaries, written for you

When an incident closes, DPM generates a one-page write-up: what happened, when, which queries were involved, what the root cause appears to be. Paste it into the ticket. Move on.

› incident · 4429 · summary
02:41 — POS-WEST-03 latency spike. Wait:LCK_M_X on dbo.StockOnHand.
Cause: ETL session 184 holding lock 47s. 12 sessions waiting · 38 lanes queued.
Likely root: ETL retry loop after timeout.

The foundation · ships today

Real-time monitoring, the day you install.

Five capabilities, all in the console on day one — the bedrock the AI is built on top of.

01 · WAIT STATS

Real-time wait statistics

See exactly where SQL Server is spending its time — locks, I/O, CPU, network. The top wait is on screen, not in your head.

02 · BLOCKING

Live blocking detection

Blocking chains visualized with the head blocker identified. Click, see the query, decide.

03 · QUERIES

Query performance analysis

Top resource consumers ranked by CPU, reads, duration, executions. Execution plans and historical trends one click away.

04 · FLEET

Fleet-wide visibility

One console for every monitored SQL Server. Color-coded health, drill into any instance in two clicks.

05 · ALERTING

Threshold & anomaly alerting

Today: configurable thresholds routed to your channels. Soon: AI-driven anomaly alerts that adapt to your workload.

Proactive Management

Stay Ahead of Every Issue.

Move from reactive firefighting to proactive optimization. Intelligent alerts, index recommendations, and change tracking work together to keep your databases running at peak performance.

Intelligent alert pipeline animation

Index Intelligence

Analyze missing index suggestions, unused indexes, and overlapping definitions across every database. Avesys quantifies the estimated impact of each recommendation so you can prioritize changes that deliver the largest performance gains with the least risk.

Blocking & Deadlock Detection

Detect blocking chains and deadlocks in real time with full session context, including the queries involved, lock resources, and wait durations. Automatic deadlock graph capture preserves the evidence you need to redesign contention-prone code paths.

Alerts & Notifications

Define threshold-based and anomaly-based alerts on any metric. Notifications are routed through e-mail, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or webhooks, with intelligent grouping and cooldown periods that prevent alert storms while ensuring nothing critical is missed.

Configuration Tracking

Audit every change to SQL Server instance settings, database options, and security configurations. A full change timeline shows who changed what and when, making compliance reporting effortless and rollback decisions data-driven.

Why on-premise + AI matters

You don't have to choose between modern AI tooling and your compliance team.

Most "AI for databases" products require shipping your performance data — and sometimes your queries — to a third-party SaaS. For regulated industries, that's a non-starter.

DPM is built on-premise from day one. Our AI roadmap is designed around the same constraint: AI capabilities that work in environments where data can't leave the network.

How it works

Three steps, one afternoon.

From "we just signed" to "we're watching the fleet" in roughly the time a build pipeline takes to run.

01.

Install the collector

Windows host, network access to your SQL Servers. No firewall changes, no sidecars, no source-instance changes.

⏱ 10 minutes
02.

Add your instances

Connection string, friendly name. Data flows immediately. Bulk via CSV or one at a time — same outcome.

⏱ 5 minutes per ten instances
03.

Open the dashboard

Fleet view live. Wait stats, blocking, query performance — every instance you connected, side by side.

Six things people ask

FAQ — the honest answers.

Procurement, security and the DBA team usually arrive with the same questions. Here's how we answer them on the first call.

Q · 01

Is the AI available today?

AI features are in early access with selected customers. GA is rolling out through 2026. Existing license holders get them as they ship — there is no separate AI tier or contract.

Q · 02

Will I be charged extra for AI?

No. AI capabilities are part of the DPM license. €650 per instance per year covers everything that ships, today and through 2026.

Q · 03

Does the AI need to send my data to the cloud?

Our AI roadmap is built around on-premise-friendly deployment. We're explicitly designing for environments where queries, plans and performance data cannot leave the network. Final deployment options will be confirmed at GA.

Q · 04

What does it monitor today?

Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and newer. Collector runs on Windows and Linux. Standalone, Always On Availability Groups, Failover Cluster Instances all supported.

Q · 05

Will the AI auto-run changes against my database?

No. It analyzes and recommends. Your DBA stays in control — every action is a suggestion the team approves or ignores. We don't ship a product that runs DDL behind your back.

Q · 06

How do I get early access?

Apply through the form on this page — we onboard cohorts of new early-access customers each quarter. Selection is based on workload fit, not procurement size.
